If possible place telephone orders before 2pm to allow us to process your order and get it dispatched as quickly as possible. Where possible please place order online as this allows the quickest and most efficient dispatch of your order.
If you experience a problem or failure of any of our supplies to you, please retain the packaging and the item for return to us. We are only able to replace or refund for goods that are returned to us and subsequently found to have failed as a result of manufacturing defect within the guarantee or use by dates that apply.
