Breathalyzer France
Drivers in France including british drivers are required to carry disposable single use breathalyzer kits in their cars or face fines from french police , under new french legislation that came into force on 1st July 2012. The kits are inexpensive costing around £4.99
The move is an effort by the french government to reduce the number of deaths & accidents on french roads attributable to drink driving and to make the public more aware of the levels of alcohol. The french drink driving limit is 0.05% BAc , lower than the UK's limit which is 0.08% BAC.

Obesity increases cancer risk According to recent research conducted by Oxford university & funded by Cancer Research, obesity is now the a leading modifiable factor that can affect a womens chance of developing breat cancer. Alcohol consumption and smoking are other modifiable risk factors that were identified after obesity. The research was published in the Journal of Cancer
