Our customer services team
We do all our own customer services & do not use a call centre. If you call us you will speak to one of our helpful customer services team Kathy, Mike, Brenda, Kate & Matt & Lynn

If you have problems processing an online payment or simply need advice or help regarding an order then please e-mail or call our friendly customer services team on 01623 883 830 betweeen 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday so they can help you with your enquiry or process a telephone order for you.

Courier delivery- We have recently negotiated a great deal with our couriers and now offer courier delivery for larger orders from just £7.95 per order

Newsletter
We send an e-mail newsletter to our customers notifying them of special offers, new products and fertility news.

You can opt out of the newsletter during the checkout procedure if you wish to.

If you do not wish to receive our newsletters and notification of special offers and coupon codes and would like to be removed from our newsletter list please send an e-mail to: newsletter@adtuk.co.uk with the word 'unsubscribe’ in the subject line and you will be removed from our list or tick the box to opt out when you place your order.

Obesity increases cancer risk

According to recent research conducted by Oxford university & funded by Cancer Research, obesity is now the a leading modifiable factor that can affect a womens chance of developing breat cancer. Alcohol consumption and smoking are other modifiable risk factors that were identified after obesity. The research was published in the Journal of Cancer
