Making A Purchase By making a purchase you agree to the terms & conditions as specified below.

PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT PACKS TERMS OF SALE- Ignore this if you are buying home tests
Professional packs are offered for sale to professional end users including UK clinics, hospitals, NHS trusts, nurses, doctors, GP's, research labs, universities, charities, schools, medical centres etc. They are for professional end use and are not home tests. By agreeing these terms and conditions purchasers certify to the vendor that they are purchasing for the above intended usage.This only applies to products marked as 'professional'

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Delivery Schedule All our tests are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service or Royal Mail Special delivery when the express delivery option is selected.

We aim to get your order into the next Royal Mail collection available after you order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 5 working days for UK delivery & 3-14 days for international delivery within Europe.

If your order is time critical please select the "Express Delivery" shipping option during the checkout process.
Please note a signature is required on all Express Delivery & Special Delivery orders

All our outer packaging is dicreet brown or white padded jiffy packs or parcels with no company advertising or logo's

Orders not received within 7 days for UK & 14 days for international should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.

Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added..

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using Worldpay 128 bit encryption. We do not access your credit card details. They are not held in on any ADTUK web site.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase. Items should be complete packs, un-opened and unused.

We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the order value to cover delivery costs and merchant service fees inccurred.
