Valuemed began with two working GPs who wanted reliable testing to be affordable and easy to get hold of, both for patients at home and for the clinicians looking after them.
Both doctors are still involved in the business and personally test and approve every product before we sell it. We pick, pack and dispatch every order from our own warehouse in Aylsham, Norfolk, and our UK support team is on hand by phone, email and live chat.

Do you have a Valuemed discount code?
Current codes are listed on our coupons page. NHS, student and loyalty discounts are applied automatically at checkout, so you do not need a code for those.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Weekday orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually arrives 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, and Special Delivery arrives by 1pm the next working day.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders go out in plain envelopes, courier bags or boxes with no company advertising or logos on the outside.
