Can I change how often I receive my order?

Absolutely. You can update your delivery frequency at any time via your subscription account or the link sent to your email.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you are in full control. You can pause, cancel, or reactivate your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Please note cancellation is only available after the 2nd delivery. 

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage everything in your customer portal, including updating delivery frequency, changing quantities, editing your address or payment details, and skipping upcoming deliveries.

Do I need an account to manage my subscription?

No, you do not need to create an account. You can manage your subscription using the secure link sent to your email after purchase.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, if you do not need your next order, you can easily skip it from your subscription portal without cancelling your subscription.

Can I change what products are in my subscription?

In many cases, yes. You may be able to add, remove, or swap products within your subscription depending on the options available.

Are there any discounts for subscribing?

Many subscriptions include exclusive discounts or benefits compared to one time purchases, which are applied automatically. Most subscriptions start at 12% discount, which then increases to 15% discount after the 5th charge.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, you will be notified and given instructions to update your payment details. The system may retry the payment before cancelling the subscription.

Can I update my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address at any time via your subscription portal.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed automatically based on the schedule you selected when signing up.

Can I have multiple subscriptions at once?

Yes, you can subscribe to multiple products, even with different delivery schedules.

How do I access my subscription after signing up?

You will receive an email with a secure link that lets you view and manage your subscription at any time. You can also manage this from the subscription section in the customer portal.
