Discount code questions
What is the latest Valuemed discount code?
Every live code is listed on our coupons page with its terms and end date. Newsletter subscribers also get bigger codes by email.
Can I use more than one discount on an order?
No. One coupon or discount applies per order, and the loyalty discount can't be combined with other codes. Pick whichever saves you the most.
Why isn't my code working?
Check the code hasn't expired, that your order meets any minimum spend, and that another discount isn't already applied. Codes can't be added after an order is placed. If it still won't apply, call us on 01263 731 168 or email support@valuemed.co.uk.
Do you offer an NHS discount?
Yes. Sign up with your NHS email address using the form on this page, then check out with the same email and your discount is applied.
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes. Sign up with your university email address, then use the same email at checkout for student pricing.
Is there a free delivery code?
You don't need one. UK orders over £50 get free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery and orders over £250 get free tracked courier delivery, excluding Northern Ireland. See our delivery page.
Can I get a discount on my next order?
Yes. Your dispatch email includes a code for your next order, and returning customers get up to 10% off automatically when they use the same email address.
What if I find a lower price elsewhere?
Our price match guarantee explains how we match a lower price from another UK supplier.
