M.I. This is a good device for the price. The delivery was quick, and the user instruction is very straightforward. It is however important that when the drop of blood is applied to the test strip, it should be lined up with the tip of the test strip. When I had a query and contacted VALUEMED by email, I got a speedy response. I still need to do multiple tests to establish the consistency of test results.
