Really not easy to use

This doesn't match the picture, there is no index mark. It is very difficult to use on yourself because it doesn't have a metal loop to be able to pull the strap back on itself to tighten it - you really need two hands. The box says 'easy to follow instructions', but there are no pictures, only a wordy description. The instructions say how to position the stethoscope, but I'm new to this and should have realised that a stethoscope needed to be ordered separately to measure blood pressure. It would be helpful if the product description said so.
