This short set of three resistance bands is great for strengthening and toning the muscles around the hips, upper thighs and bottom. Because they are compact and lightweight they can be used anywhere, and are ideal for home workouts, taking on holiday or even to work. You could also take them with you to the gym to use there.

How to start to use short resistance bands to exercise at home

The instructions provided with the resistance band set show you some exercises  you can do at home.When starting to exercise with short resistance bands, it is best to start with the lightweight band and to do between 10-12 repetitions of each leg exercise which should take around 25-30 seconds. 

Once you have mastered each exercise you can build up circuits of 3-4 exercises with the exercise bands, and then rest after each circuit for 30 seconds. For best results then repeat the circuit 3-4 times with a rest of 30 seconds between each circuit.

If you have not worked out at home with exercise bands before, start slowly and build up gradually. There are lots of great videos on You Tube, showing people exercising with resistance bands, that you may find helpful to watch, and there are also exercise apps that use resistance bands.
